Offer/Proposal
The entire offer and the prices on this website are without obligation.

Delivery
The wall sculptures are dispatched from Germany; delivery is free of charge within Europe (Gold & Palladium Edition only sent by agreement). Works from the Mel Ramos Enamel Edition are sent within 7 days of receipt of payment. Valued added tax is disclosed separately in the invoice.

Right of return
You can return your wall sculpture within 14 days without giving a reason. This deadline begins no earlier than on receipt of the work and of this instruction. Items may only be returned at the customer's expense and risk.

Consequences of return
In the event of a valid return being made, the services rendered by each party must be returned and any benefits received (e.g. from use) surrendered. You may be liable for compensation if the work has deteriorated. This does not apply if the deterioration of the work is due solely to the examination thereof, as would have occurred in a gallery or store. You can avoid any obligation to pay compensation by refraining from using the work as if you were the owner and from any activity which may affect the value of the work. Obligations to reimburse payments must be met within 30 days. For you, this deadline begins when the Mel Ramos work is dispatched in its original packaging; for us, on receipt of the work after a returns claim has been made.

Warranty
The descriptions of the Mel Ramos Enamel Editions given in the invoice or on this website are covered by a full 24-month guarantee. In the case of justified claims, art42 Kunsthandel, Atilla Kirbas, Behringstrasse 12d, 76744 Wörth am Rhein, GERMANY, undertakes to render subsequence performance in mutual agreement, thereby excluding all other claims.

Transport
The recipient must immediately notify the carrier and freight forwarder of any damage inflicted during transportation or if the work is lost in transit.

Care
The work may only cleaned with water and a clean, soft cloth (EXCEPT FOR THE GOLD & PALLADIUM EDITION). All Mel Ramos Enamel Editions are hand-signed by the artist using an indelible, waterproof Edding pen. Never use detergent, cleaning agents or solvents!
